Sarah Adeola Odunsi is a psychologist, professional chef and entrepreneur. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State and has obtained a Chef and Culinary Instructor certification from The Culinary Place, Lagos.

Popularly referred to as Chef D, Adeola is the head chef of OnePot Catering Services, located in Ikeja, Lagos. With over four years of high-level experience in the food industry, she has mastered the art of using the best recipes to create signature meals, talking about creativity at its peak. It offers well-designed menus featuring local and continental dishes meant to not only satisfy cravings but also meet the nutritional needs of young and old alike.

His skills have given him the opportunity to work with some of the best chefs in the food industry, including Chef Giggles, Chef Navhi, Chef Fregz, among others. She has trained over 600 people trying to start food businesses through her courses, which take place both online and offline. His exemplary culinary skills and uniqueness in the food business earned him a nomination for the 2020 “25 Under 25” award in the Food and Beverage category.

Adeola is a firm believer in charity and as such, a portion of her profits are donated to charitable causes at various times. She is proud to be a member of Ace5, an organization that cares about the needs of the less privileged in Oyo and Lagos State and she was twice in charge of the organization’s finance team. When she’s not in the kitchen cooking, Adeola enjoys shopping for new recipes and cooking utensils.
