Mark O’Rourke plans to open his latest restaurant in the city’s Miller Arcade and doesn’t know what to call it. Mark, who already runs Fino Tapas, Mexican restaurant La Neta and fine dining establishment 263 in Preston, with the new addition set to be a casual British restaurant.

Preston has an ever-changing food and drink scene, with Mark’s latest addition located in the heart of the city center and the magnificent Miller Arcade. The restaurant serves seasonal local produce and the menu will change often to reflect this. There will also be a modern cocktail list and wine pairing options.

He added, “I’m really looking forward to seeing all the creative suggestions people send in and welcoming the winner as a special guest over the next year.” Entrants must provide a 150-word explanation for their choice of restaurant name, with more details and how to present your idea, here.
