Mr. Maguire was most recently a consultant at Ascend Wellness Holdings. Previously, he was President, CEO and COO of MOD Pizza; President and CEO of Johnny Rockets; President and CEO of Friendly’s Ice Cream, LLC; and Executive Vice President and COO of Panera Bread Co.

Founded in 2012, Maple Street Biscuit was acquired by Cracker Barrel in 2019 for $36 million.
