Campbell Hires Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability

CAMDEN, New Jersey. – Stewart Lindsay has been appointed Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at The Campbell Soup Co. effective December 6. Campbell Soup achieves its goals. He will report to Adam Ciongoli, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility and Governance.

Mr. Lindsay joins Campbell Soup from The Nature Conservancy, where he was Managing Director of Corporate Engagement for the past two years. Previously, he spent 15 years with Bunge Ltd., where he held positions of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Vice President of Sustainability and Government Affairs.

“Stewart will bring a unique perspective to our corporate responsibility and sustainability efforts based on his years of work in the food industry and his experience in one of the most effective environmental organizations and the most extensive in the world, ”said Ciongoli.

Mr. Lindsay received a BA in History from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
